In case you aren’t aware, Ottawa has it’s own childcare providers resource network ~ CCPRN – Childcare Provides Resource Network.

This unique resource is invaluable to the childcare community of Ottawa.

The CCPRN provides the ideal spot for childcare providers to learn, network and go to for support. Hosting the facilities and providing the right tools for home childcare providers to create fun learning activities to share with the kids is vital in our community. Without a resource like this our childcare provides would not be able to afford all the professional training, workshops, certifications and resources on their own.

For parents, it’s a great spot to start your home childcare search. There is a current list of providers in each neighborhood in Ottawa. You simply have to call the CCPRN and they will put you in contact with the network leader for your area.

Did you know that the CCPRN provides free First Aid & CPR certification each year to all of their members? The training and certification is provided by St. John Ambulance.
